For New Patients:

  • Please book a initial consultation via telehealth. This conversation will include your understanding of chiropractic care, your goals, your expectation, and budget.
  • Your first visit will require a card to be put on file. It will include your exam and chiropractic adjustment (if appropriate). Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
  • After booking, please check your email for intake papers that are required to be completed BEFORE your initial consultation.

We operate on a cash/card payment basis, with NO insurance claims processed. We DO accept HSA/FSA cards.

For Established Patients: - Choose an available time slot for your chiropractic adjustment and/or therapy. - Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

Travel/Convenience Fee: first 5 miles FREE, $0.75 per subsequent mile

As this is a mobile service, time selected may not be available based on Dr. Charm’s location. If any changes need to be made to your time, Dr. Charm will contact you directly

Chiropractors use a variety of manual techniques, primarily spinal adjustments or manipulations, to address issues related to the alignment of the spine and other joints because disorders and dysfunctions can affect the general health of an individual through the nervous system. Chiropractors use their hands to apply a controlled force to a joint in the spine with the goal of improved joint function, enhanced nervous system function, improved range of motion, and overall pain relief.

Meet Dr. Charm

Dr. Charmaura Henderson is a St. Louis, MO native. She received her bachelor’s of science in Athletic Training with a Spanish minor from Southeast Missouri State University. Years later she moved to the DFW area where she then attended the prestigious Parker University where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic, as well as her Master’s of Science in Functional Nutrition.

Dr. Charm is mom to her beautiful daughter, Miss Cai. Because she is committed to being the main influence and the best example to her daughter, Dr. Charm is very passionate about modeling a healthy lifestyle and living a life that encourages and inspires others!

In the middle of what could have be seen as adversity, Dr. Charm saw an opportunity to establish MSW Health Enterprises. MSW is a mobile chiropractic and holistic care clinic that is committed to loving, serving, healing and inspiring others to LIVE optimally!
